Hints to make the experience easier – especially during busy times!!
During busy times, in order to make your Dance Shopping experience more enjoyable, we suggest the following:
1. Bring the child who needs the items along with you and have them wear tights or thin socks. Trying to fit a child by guessing shoe and clothing sizes is not easy.
2. The store is a fairly small place. Please try NOT to bring the entire family. Our staff wastes a tremendous amount of time and energy walking around extra people and keeping little ones out of the way.
**On Stage will not assume any responsibility for unattended children. Damages and breakage will be your responsibility.
3. Please bring your studio’s list of requirements along. Even though we may have a list, staff uses up valuable time running to look at the book.
4. Our goal is to ensure that you leave with all the items you need and that your time in the store was comfortable and you were treated well. All we ask is that we have your full cooperation with the fitting process. We do have some very busy times, so please be patient as we will serve you in the order you came. The only part of our store that is semi-self service is the 2nd Hand Shoes.
On Stage Store Return or Exchange Policies
If you select merchandise incorrectly, return it within 2 weeks with your original receipt. All items considered for exchange must be in perfect resalable condition—never worn—tags in place and packages intact.
The following items cannot be returned and our considered Final Sale:
1). Intimate apparel— tights, leotards, & undergarments.
2). Ballroom Shoes, Sneakers, & leg warmers
3). Costume Accessories, hair pieces, ouch pouches, and items purchased “on Sale”
Refunds are Store Credit Only.
Defects must be reported immediately so that we can get maximum cooperation from the manufacturer. It is not the store that determines a true defect— the manufacturer replaces the items so the minute you see a defect—report it to us.
